Not-from-a-can-and-box ranchero beans and spanish rice (for burritos)
Chicken salad wraps (with chicken, avocado, red onion, romaine lettuce with a dijon-lemon vinagrette)
Swiss Chard Almond Croustade

Crispy Bok Choy Slaw
Sauteed Tatsoi with garlic scapes (yup, still have some!)
Dilly potato salad
Veggie dip with fresh herbs
